Together, these businesses provide hydraulic fracturing, wireline, coiled tubing and other services to the oil and gas industry. Their operations are divided into three segments, namely, Wireline Services, Equipment Manufacturing and Stimulation and Well Intervention Services. They are known as one of the leading providers of oilfield equipment in the country. Their product portfolio includes hydraulic fracturing pumps, pressure pumping units and coiled tubing units. They also provide repair, maintenance and refurbishment services to the industry.

The company is publicly held and trades on the New York Stock Exchange. It holds its headquarters in Houston, Texas with more than 2,600 associates employed.
