manufacturer of household cleaning products in the world and a major player in
the personal and healthcare products industry. Some of Reckitt Benckisre’s
bestsellers include Strepsils, Dettol, Veet and Air Wick. The company operates
in 60 countries.
To hold its
place in the consumer market, Reckitt Benckiser has focused on 19 of its most
profitable brands. These brands account for 62% of the company’s revenues in
2008. The company was awarded
with The Economist Corporate Use of Innovation in 2009.

in the company’s strategies is the graduate
program with over 200 graduates-beneficiaries around the world. These
graduates are hired to work with the company for a couple of years. These are
training grounds for the graduates. They are given the privilege to excel in
their work. Outstanding graduates of the program are deployed for employment
overseas.
The Guardian, a
British newspaper, cited the company as one of the top recruiters in UK in
2011. The company was ranked number 11 in the Forbes’ list of the Most
Innovative Companies in the World.
