Corporation is a Japanese manufacturer of agricultural machineries and equipment
founded in 1890. Its brands are known internationally with special focus on
producing equipments that are compatible with the environment and improve the
quality of life. Kubota products are marketed in over 130 countries.
For its
excellence in manufacturing, Kubota was the recipient of the prestigious “Deming Award”. Another
award received by Kubota was the “Sankei Newspaper Award” given at the Global
Environment Awards in 1992.

Tractor Corporation (KTC) produces high performance farm tractors characterized
with supreme maneuverability. The company was the first to introduce four-wheel
drive tractor in 1974. This tractor was a 12-horse power compact tractor which
became the benchmark for the industry of heavy equipment manufacturing. KTC is
the leading manufacturer and distributor of under 120 horse power tractors in
the US.
In the US, KTC
has over 1,100 authorized dealers. Its headquarters are located in Torrance,
California and its warehouses are located in Suwanee, Georgia; Groveport, Ohio;
Fort Worth, Texas; and Lodi, California.
The Kubota
Credit Corporation, USA (KCC) offers financing alternatives for Kubota
customers. KCC operates in collaboration with KTC dealers to provide clients
with a huge portfolio of financing and lease programs. Aside from competitive
financing products, KCC also offers credit counseling.
The Kubota
Manufacturing of America (KMA) was organized in 1988 as Kubota’s manufacturing
base in North America. KMA manufactures lawn tractors, mowers, utility
vehicles, backhoes, loaders and other implements.

Industrial Equipment (KIE) was formed to expand the KMA’s reach. KIE also
manufactures loaders, backhoes and tractor implements. On January, 2013, KIE is
expected to produce compact tractors.

Engine of America (KEA) is an original
equipment manufacturer (OEM). Its products
are compact agricultural, industrial, construction and generators in gasoline
and diesel engines.
